The Bureau of the Fiscal Service, on behalf of the United States African Development Foundation (USADF) is issuing this solicitation to fulfill a position for an Country Program Coordinator for its field office in Zimbabwe. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; applications are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

The solicitation document and incorporated clauses and provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-82. FAR Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, FAR Clause 52.212-5 -- Contract Terms and Conditions required to implement statuses or executive orders -- commercial items, applications instructions, and evaluation of applications applies to this acquisition. Applications shall be e-mailed to [email protected] the subject line "Applications for RFP-ADF-FOP-18-0025 - Zimbabwe CPC - ATTN:MGUMP/TAYERS" and received on or before 2:00 PM EST on August 6, 2018 (8:00PM Zimbabwe Time). Late or incomplete applications will not be considered. Although this request for applications is being posted in the Zimbabwe Field Office, only complete applications submitted to the email address above will be considered.
