NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT

Sole Source J&A (not attached as it relates to FAR 6.305 (f) and FAR 6.302-1 (2)(b)(1)(ii)

The General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Services (FAS), Information Technology Commodity Division (ITCD) has received a requirement from Warner Robins Air Force Base for Zeus Software and Hardware.  (SEE BOM ATTACHED)

The Government intends to award a sole source contract for this requirement to Solipsys, Integrated Defense Systems, 8701 Maple Lawn Blvd, Suite 300, Fulton, Maryland 20759-2522 in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.

This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, any party that believes it is capable of meeting the requirements stated as above may submit a written capability statement that clearly supports their ability to deliver the required products.  Capability statements shall be received no later than the response date and time of this notice.  Submissions will be reviewed to determine if they can meet the requirement.  A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
