COMMERCIAL SOLICITATION Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport is soliciting for HP Client Zero. This requirement is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial Items in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached solicitation.
