The contractor shall perform street scraping daily at the end of the work period and street sweeping once a week minimum. The sediment is to be returned to the source location, on-site. The street surface shall not be cleaned by use of flushing with water. Trash and debris shall be picked up and disposed of in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. The contractor is responsible for maintenance of the erosion control devices and measures. The erosion control devices ad measures shall be inspected and maintained a minimum of once per week and within 24 hours after a 1/2" storm event.
