Military Trial West Palm Beach, Florida intends to negotiate a sole source contract with United Skys, Inc., located at 702 Magna Drive Round Lake, Il 60073, to remove and replace approximately fifty six (56) broken skylight panels. Work to include removal of exterior 3M 123 silicone strips, cut out silicone butt joints, remove snap caps and cl bars, remove and replace 56 panels, reclamp, resnap and apply new 3M silicone strips and new butt joints. Glass shall be 1-5/16" insulating glass 1/4" clear temp guardian LE 50# 9/16 clear HS ST LAM. 060 PVB. Anyone wishing to respond to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that they can meet the requirements. Interested parties have six (6) calendar days from publication of this notice to submit, in writing, their qualifications and capabilities. Such qualifications and capabilities will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis.
