ISSUE DATE: MARCH 28, 2002. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and disposal necessary to reconstruct the Winthrop Harbor Light #1, Winthrop, MA (Suffolk County). Work includes removing a five timber pile navigation aid and constructing a new four steel pile navigation aid with incidental work being required. The government will furnish one standard 5-foot square, 10-foot tall pipe tower for installation by the contractor. NAICS code is 234990, with a size standard of $28.5M. Estimated cost of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Performance is estimated to be a total of 102 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed, with approximately 7 days onsite.
