The Contractor shall provide all necessary management, labor, transportation, equipment, , tools, and supplies to perform inspection and repair work on the High Voltage System. The system includes the Switchgear House, Feeder Line 1, 2, and 3 to the end of each line, all switchgear, and lines into generators, to include transformers, all secondary lines into all buildings, and electrical breaker boxes. The Contractor shall provide a quarterly report of inspection and testing with prioritized recommendations and estimate costs for parts and labor, to the COR. Upon receipt of written approval from the COR, the Contractor shall furnish all parts, materials, and labor to repair/replace components approved by COR. The Contractor shall perform all duties stated above to minimize outages and Emergency calls. Contractor shall be reimbursed for all parts and materials used at Pohakuloa. Perform all work in accordance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA) Standards, current Federal, State, County laws, regulations and commercial standards.
