The contractor shall install water and electric lines and appurtenances at Catbrier Loop, Tipsaw Recreation Area located along State Road 37 approximately 15 miles north of Tell City, Indiana, on the Hoosier National Forest. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation and supplies, and perform all work required in accordance with drawings and specifications of the contract. Work will include, but is not limited, to the following: 1) Providing waterlines and connections to existing water line, 2) Providing water drains, valves, hydrants, fountains and other appurtenances, 3) Providing electric lines and connections to existing transformer, 4) Providing RV power centers and other appurtenances, 5) The water and power lines shall be installed in the “utilities corridor” shown on the attached drawing, 6) Providing drainage system for parking area, 7) Landscape the area per attached drawing, 8) Furnish and install sewage holding tank per attached drawing.
