The Mission and Installation Contracting Command- Presidio of Monterey (MICC-POM) has a new requirement to provide Gibb Hall with a power washing, trim repair, and painting the exterior on Government-owned land on Infantry Road, Ft Hunter Liggett, Jolon, CA 93928.

Solicitation W9124N-12-R-0083 will be available on or about 10 July 2012.

A SITE VISIT is scheduled for 17 July 2012 at 10:00 AM (Pacific Time).

This acquisition is a 100 percent set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) only. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 238320 with a size standard of $14 Million. Performance period is 30 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Estimated magnitude for this project is less than $25,000. Payment and performance bonds are not required for this project. The contract will be a single award, Firm-Fixed-Price type contract.
