This is a solicitation notice for a construction requirement. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, transportation and supervision necessary to renovate Building 177 at Fort Hunter Liggett, Jolon, CA 93928. Renovations include interior and exterior work but not limited to concrete installation, demolition, carpentry, drywall, electrical, windows, painting, flooring, fire protection and a communications room. All work shall be done in accordance with the Statement of Work in the solicitation. The Period of Performance will be 30 calender days after the Notice to Proceed. The magnitude of construction of this project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The NAICS code is 236220 with a size standard of $33,500,000.00. Pursuant to FAR 19.508(c), this acquisition is set aside for competition restricted to Small Businesses. Only one award shall be made. To be eligible for award, bidders must have a current registration with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) located at www.ccr.gov.
