The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment and supervision required for the installation of a new roof system on the Skilak Fire Guard Station in accordance with the associated Statement of Work and contract clauses identified within this solicitation. Work required consists of removing the existing wood shingles and construction of framework over existing roof to allow for installation of 3 1/2" insulation, roof sheething and new wood shingle finished roof to include all flashings, underlayment and waterproofing as specified.
