The National Park Service, Department of the Interior, anticipates issuing a solicitation for the following project. This is a pre-solicitation notice only and does not constitute a solicitation. Memorial lot, Merrie Way lot, Sutro lot, Sloat lot, Baker Beach North and South lots, and Mason Street Bike Path. Per FAR 52.228-13, ALTERNATIVE PAYMENT PROTECTIONS ARE REQUIRED ESTIMATED MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: In accordance with FAR 36.204, the project magnitude is estimated to be between $100,000 & $250,000.
