The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential HUBZone, Small Businesses and Service Disabled Veteran Sources, Small Disavantaged Businesses 8(a), Women Owned Businesses. Contractor's status will be verified through SAM and SBA. The USPFO For Michigan is seeking qualified experienced sources capable of performing a project to renovate a 24,671 SF base supply warehouse and offices to house a Remotely Piloted Aircraft Remote Split Operations (RPA/RSO) unit. at the Battle Creek ANG Base, Battle Creek, Michigan. The work includes furnishing of all plant, labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required for a complete and usable facility. The magnitude of the project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000 and will require prime contractors to show adequate proof of bonding capacity of a single contract and aggregate bonding capacity. The government is requesting that concerns interested as prime contractors furnish the following information: (1) Company name, address, point of contact, telephone number, and email address. (2) Type of business, i.e. HubZone; Service Disabled Veteran etc. under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 236220. (3) the SBA district office for your firm. (4) provide proof of bonding capability of individual contract and aggregate amount. (5) Notice must include a positive statement of intent to bid as a prime contractor. (6) Provide a list of ALL RELEVANT projects (government and private) performed within the last three years. Include name, address, telephone number, and email addresses of references for all relevant contracts. Indicate if you were prime or subcontractor, and if subcontractor, provide the name and point of contact for the prime contractor. Relevant contracts must be the same or similar to the work described in this announcement.
