The work of this proposed procurement consists of removing and replacing existing roofing systems on three maintenance buildings at Curecanti National Recreation Area, Gunnison, Colorado. Work includes removal of gravel, perimeter drip edge, existing built-up roof system and insulation, poritions of wood decking and replacing wtih and installing new rigid insulation, decking, flashing, and single-ply membrane roofing. All work will be accomplished under a single contract. The estimated price range is between $100,000 - $250,000. The solicitation will be posted electronically on or about June 10, 2004.
