The U.S. Department of Agriculture, requires the necessary labor, materials, parts, equipment and supervision necessary to replace the HVAC System at the USDA, ARS, Honey Bee Breeding Laboratory, Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The work includes but is not limited to: removing existing HVAC system including ductwork, boiler, air handlers and condensing unit; provide new HVAC system including electrical and associated controls. All work is to be complete within 150 days after notice to proceed. An IFB will be issued on or about July 26, 2004. An estimated cost of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000.
