The Army requires a firm fixed price construction contract to Replace Drainage Structures at Metz Pond, Fort Stewart, Georgia. The work covered by this contract consist of furnishing all plant, labor, materials and performing all operations required with Replacing Drainage Structures at Metz Pond, Fort Stewart, Georgia and shall be completed in strict accordance with specifications and drawings. The work includes, but is not necessarily restricted to the following items: (1) Install temporary coffe rdam around existing structure; (2) Remove existing Water Control Structure and Dock; (3) Install Government furnished riser piping, flow piping, slice valve and related hardware; (4) Regrade and grass all disturbed areas. Traffic area on roadway will not be grassed; (5) Remove cofferdam after installation of new water structures. The SIC Code is 1629, NAICS Code is 237990 and the Size Standard is $28,500,000.00.
