NA The U.S. Army Soldier Systems Center has a requirement to provide labor,materials,and equipment necessary to replace canopy roof located at the Soldier Systems Center, Building 20, Kansas Street, Natick, MA 01760. The work includes,but is not limited to,re moval and disposal of existing roofing material,including a concrete roof deck, and installing a new metal roof deck,new EPDM roofing materials and drains,new gypsum board exterior ceiling system, and painting of structural steel supporting members and dra in pipes. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238390. The small business size standard is $12.0 million. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business. The Government envisions the use of a firm fixed price contract. The magnitude of the project is between $50,000.00 and$75,000.00. Drawings will be available at the site visit to be held on 19 August 2003. Work will be performed at the Soldier Systems Center, Natick, Massachusetts 01760.
