Description of work as follows: The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials, equipment, supplies and supervision necessary to complete JFSD 200306, Repair/Construct Base Pavements in strict accordance with the Technical Provisions and drawings. Work is to include streets, parking lots, driveways, curbs, and sidewalks at Grand Forks AFB, ND. The project is a requirements type contract to include one (12 month) basic year plus one (12 month) option year. Work will be issued via delivery orders. This acquisition will be issued unrestricted. Award will be made using Past Performance Trade-Off (PPTO) procedures, resulting in the best value to the government. Both price and past performance will be evaluating factors when making the award. Magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this project is 237310. All prospective offerors are required to be registered in the Central Contracting Registration (CCR) database.
