Repair roofs of church buildings 140 and 142 located in Grafenwoehr GERMANY. The solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price Order. Magnitude of Work: $ 250,000 - $ 100,000. Time for completion 100 calendar days. Work is to be performed in Germany and contractor must comply with German law (e.g. authorization to do business in Germany). 30% of the construction work must be performed by the prime contractor. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which will be considered by the Regional Contracting Office. Only local sources are solicited in accordance with FAR 5.202(a)(12).
