**THIS SOLICITATION HAS BEEN CANCELLED IN ITS ENTIRERTY.**Description The 11th Contracting Squadron has a requirement for a contractor to repair the roof of Facility 1302 on Bolling AFB, D.C. This will be a competitive acquisition resticted to certified HUBZone contractors for the repair and alteration work associated with the project entitled Repair Roof, Facility 1302, Bolling AFB, D.C. The contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, tools, parts, materials, transportation, supervision and other services necessary to complete all associated work. Work includes but is not limited to removal of existing roof membrane and installation of new roofing system. In accordance with FAR Part 36.204, the magnitude of this requirement on terms of physical characteristics and estimated range is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. The North American Industry Classification System code is 243312 with the size standard being $24.0 million. The period of performance period for this requirement is 225 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. This is a competitive best-value solicitation in which competing offerors’ past and present performance history is significantly more important than price. THIS PROCUREMENT IS 100% SET-ASIDE FOR CERTIFIED HUBZONE CONTRACTORS.
