This is a Sources Sought Synopsis. This synopsis neither constitutes a Request for Proposal, nor does it restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach. This synopsis should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose. This Sources Sought Synopsis is a market survey being conducted by the St. Louis District, Corps of Engineers to identify Small Business, Service Disabled Veteran Owned firms for potential awards as prime contractors to repair electrical deficiencies at Veterans Administration hospital facilities in St Louis, MO; Wichita, KS; Kansas City, KS; and Leavenworth, KS. The prime contractor must complete responsibilities in the amount of at least 15% of the contract amount. Subcontractors and suppliers may be of business size. This is an opportunity for multiple, veteran owned business firms to support the VA hospitals.

Multiple contracts are planned for solicitation and award prior to Sep 30, 2008. Solicitations have not been issued as of this posting and will be posted on FEDBIZOPS. Any information submitted by respondents to this synopsis is strictly voluntary. The Government will not pay for any information that is submitted by respondents to this Sources Sought Synopsis.
