Description of work as follows: The contractor to furnish all plant, labor, materials, equipment, supplies and supervision necessary to demolish a portion of the parking lot and to construct new parking with engine heater bollards, lighting, signage, and storm water drainage in strict accordance with the Technical Specifications and Drawings for JFSD 200252. This acquisition will be issued unrestricted. Award will be made using Past Performance Trade Off (PPTO) procedures, resulting with the best value to the Government. Both price and past performance will be evaluating factors when making award. Magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this project is 237310 with a size standard of $28.5 Million. All prospective offerors are required to be registered in the Central Contracting Registration (CCR) database. More information regarding the CCR database can be found at http://www.ccr.gov.
