Project LXEZ 01-1157A, Repair Admin Space, Bldg 3457, the work includes but is not limited to demolition work; new CMU walls; renovation of toilet areas; replacement of interior wall, floor, and ceiling finishes including wall and ceiling insulation; provision for new doors and frames including hardware; installation of Government-furnished modular partitions; related mechanical works such as Heating/Ventilating/Air-Conditioning (HVAC), exhaust and plumbing systems; related electrical works such as power and lighting systems, smoke and heat detectors; and all other related and incidental works in strict compliance with the contract specifications and drawings subject to the terms and conditions of this contract.NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.
