The 501st Combat Support Wing has a requirement for the renovation of a non-residential building at RAF Alconbury.
In accordance with FAR 36.204, the disclosure of magnitude for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.

General Information:
The scope of work involves, but is not limited to: installation of electrical heaters, replacing fluorescent lighting with LED lighting; installing restroom plumbing fixtures, installing fire detection systems, hanging doors, and painting walls. Please refer to the attached Statement of Work for more details.
Completed works must comply with the Unified Facility Guide Specifications (UFGS) or British Standards. Where British standards conflict with American standards, the more-stringent standard shall take precedence.
Offerors must be Authorized Persons, in accordance with UK Ministry of Defence Joint Standard Publication (MoD JSP 375), Management of Health and Safety in Defence Volume 3 Chapter 2: Common Requirements.
Site Visit:
A site visit is contingent upon offeror interest, no definite date has been determined yet. Interested vendors must submit names of attendees no later than 28 May 2021, to allow coordination and issuance of temporary base passes. Interested offerors should submit no more than three attendees. Attendees must have a valid government-issued form of identification, and consent to a background check. Attendees must also wear a face mask and adhere to social distancing guidelines.
