The U.S. Department of Agriculture, requires the necessary labor, materials, parts, equipment and supervision necessary to Renovate Building No. 49, Maintenance Shop, for the USDA, ARS, Jamie Whitten Delta States Research Center, Stoneville, Mississippi. The work includes but is not limited to: Removal of existing structure and concrete foundation, provide pre-engineered metal building structure and siding, provide concrete foundation and paving, provide structural steel mezzanine, concrete masonry walls and partitions, wood studs with gypsum board partitions, vinyl composition floor tile, quarry tile flooring, overhead coiling doors, suspended acoustical and gypsum ceiling systems, wood and metal doors and frames, and painting, provide mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and communications systems and equipment. The work will be completed in 365 days. An IFB will be issued on or about July 7, 2003. An estimated cost of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000.
