The project consists of remodeling the interior of the west side of the duplex. Work includes the demo and relocation of non-structural walls, relocating doors, replacing existing windows, constructing a kitchen area, bath, washer and dryer closet, relocation of existing electrical wall heater, wiring, outlets, sheet-rock, tape and texturing, painting to match existing walls and an addition of a split HVAC system sized to accommodate the upstairs bedrooms and each side of the duplex. Also included is providing the necessary appliances as per plans. Alterations to the entrance porch and cover will also be required.
