The National Park Service, Pacific Great Basin Support Office, is seeking proposals for the rehabilitation of the National Park Service Office Space located at the American Memorial Park in Saipan, Marianas Islands. Proposals should include all necessary labor, materials, equipment and tools necessary to demolish existing non-structural walls, doors, windows, fixtures, etc., as indicated in the drawings and construct the following new items: driveway, gypsum board wall partitions, CMU walls, doors and windows, floor finishing, millwork, ceiling system, interior and exterior painting, electrical and mechanical system all as indicate in the contract drawings. Proposals for two option items should also be included. One option item is for the rehabilitation of two comfort stations and the other is for the rehabilitation of the maintenance building. The Government reserves the right to withhold award of these option items. However, these items may be awarded without discussions with offerors. Therefore the offeror's initial proposal should contain the offeror's best terms for all items from a cost or price and technical standpoint. Offeror's should submit proposals that are acceptable without additional explanation or information as the Government may make a final determination regarding a proposal's acceptability solely on the basis of the initial proposal submitted. Proposals will be evaluated based on quality (past performance, experience, qualifications of key personnel) and price. Quality is equal to price.
