The procurement will be listed under N62467-02-B-8813 at the web site: http://www.esol.navfac.navy.mil. Estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. The proposed requirement is UNRESTRICTED. The SIC is 1796; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 235950 (Building Equipment Other Machinery Installation Contractors) - $12.0 Million. The performance period is 180 calendar days plus 15 calendar days for bonds. The work involves repair of four elevators and bringing them up to code and consists of cleaning and refinishing, removing damaged, defective, or deteriorated materials or parts and installing new materials or parts as approved. WORK MUST BE PERFORMED BY ELEVATOR MECHANICS SPECIFICALLY QUALIFIED AND TRAINED TO WORK ON ELEVATOR SYSTEMS AND EQUIPMENT.
