CLEVELAND JOB CORPS CENTERSCOPE OF WORK 7TH FLOOR REFURBISH The following listing are items that need to be installed and replaced on the 7th floor at the Cleveland Job Corps Center. DOORS: Installation of 30 (thirty) Birch Solid Core Entry and Bathroom Doors. Installation of entry locks, privacy locks, hinges, and latch plates. (Maintenance will install cylinder in locks) CARPET: Installation of carpet in the west, north and east hallways, counselor's office, all residential rooms, lounge areas, and administration office. Replace tile on all bathroom floors. ELECTRICAL: Installation of new lighting in west, north and east hallways, new lighting in all residential rooms, wall outlets throughout the 7th floor, new lighting at elevator landing, lounge areas, administration office and counselor's office. Check all air conditioner outlets. PLUMBING: Replace all bathtubs, toilets, sinks, showerheads, cut off valves, faucets, vanities, drain traps where needed, lights in bathrooms, G.F.I. in each bathroom, cabinets over vanity sinks, towel racks, and shower rods. PAINTING: Painting of all west, north, and east hallways, dormitory rooms and bathrooms, entry and privacy doors, storerooms, electrical panel rooms, slop sink room, laundry room, elevator doors, and steam radiators. Repair of walls where needed.
