CDB Notice Posted on March 9, 2005 to Furnish all necessary labor, materials, equipment and supervision to provide Elevator and Escalator Maintenance Service at Federal Office Building 10A, 800 Independence Avenue, SW, and Federal Office Building 10B, 600 Independence Avenue, SW, Washington, DC is amended to correct the contract type and to include the bid due date. Services shall be provided under a firm-fixed price contract with economic price adjustment for an initial period of one year with the Government's option to extend services for four consecutive additional periods of one year each. The solicitation issuance date is March 24, 2005; and the solicitation due date is April 25, 2005. This procurement is not set-aside for small business.
