Carlisle Barracks has a requirement to procure services to replace a 5000 KVA transformer. This project is to provide all design, material, testing and labor for removal and disposal of existing 5000 KVA transformer (serial # 44206) and replace wit h a new ( not rebuilt or refurbished) 7500 KVA transformer in substation 850 and incidental related work. New transformer shall be compatible with existing electrical system. Existing transformer foundation may be reused if deemed satisfactory for size and load of new transformer. New transformer shall match the color of existing substation equipment. Anticipated release date of the solicitation will be 1 August 2007, this is only an estimate and subject to change. This requirement will be unrestricted in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program.
