Remove and reconstruct existing universally accessible sidewalk and ramp including the following: (1) Remove approximately 223 square feet of existing concrete sidewalk and ramp, (2) Replace with new concrete universally accessible ramp at 7% grade according to current ADA/ABA guidelines, (3) Remove existing metal handrailings and reinstall adjacent to the new concrete ramp, (4) Remove and reinstall existing metal handrailings to outside edge of wood ramp, (5) Remove existing wood handrailing cap and install new galvanized steel pipe gripping railing, and (6) ensure all are in compliance with specifications and drawings. The estimated range for this project is from $25,000 - $100,000 The solicitation will post on or about 07/12/2007, and bids will be due on 08/01/2007 at the Wallowa Whitman National Forest Headquarters Office.
