The U.S. Department of Interior, Bureau of Indian Affairs, Western Regional Office, Phoenix, AZ intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) Solicitation for PIR Consolidated No. 30, H54510 PIR 44(1) and H54511 PIR 4202(1) - Road Construction Services to grade, drain, construct Portland cement concrete dip sections, place aggregate base course, place hot asphalt concrete pavement, install signs and place pavement markings on approximately 1.127 miles of Routes 44 and 4202 on the Tohono O'odham Nation Reservation, Pinal County, Arizona. Technical specifications are to be Standard Specifications for Construction of Roads and Bridges on Federal Highway Projects, FP-14 with modification in the Special Contract Requirements.

This acquisition is a 100% Native American Indian Small Business Set Aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 237130 and the small business size standard is $36.5 million. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204, the magnitude of this project is currently estimated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The project Performance Period will be 120 Calendar Days from the effective Notice to Proceed date.
