The requirement is to repair and upgrade individual HVAC building utility meters and control systems in various buildings at Buckley AFB. The award will go to Setpoint Systems Corporation, 8167 S Park Circle, Littleton, CO, 80120-5666. This requirement is considered sole source since the vendor is the sole manufacturer's distributor of the Delta controls for the regional area. The authorized dealer is the only vendor that can perform service agreement due to the protected territories by the manufacturer of the controls and software. The software and electronic parts are proprietary. The NAICS code for this requirement is 238220 with a small business size standard of $13,000,000. The 460th Contracting Squadron intends to award a purchase order by other than full and open competition in accordance with Subpart 6.302-1 (a)(2), "Only One Responsible Source and no Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements."
