The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service, Southern Plains Area, has a project entitled Phase I, Chiller Replacement. The project is located at the Southern Plains Agricultural Research Center in College Station, Texas. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, transportation, and supervision for the replacement of chiller #1 including demolition, removal, and disposal of existing chiller and installation of new chiller, piping electrical work, and associated equipment. The work includes but is not limited to the following Major Divisions of Work: 1) General Conditions, 2) Sitework/ Demolition, 3) Concrete, 4) Masonry, 5) Metals, 6) Divisions 6 & 7, not included, 8) Doors and Windows, 9) Divisions 9-14 not included, 15) Mechanical, and 16) Electrical.There will be a non-refundable fee of $25.00 for the plans and specifications.
