Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision required to completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition, and upgrading of existing HVAC system for the construction of a new pedestrian bridge connecting the existing 2nd floor of the Philadelphia VA Medical Center car garage and the Philadelphia VA Nursing Home spanning 38th street. The work shall be done in strict accordance with the specifications and drawings provided. The completion time for this project is 305 calendar days after Notice to Proceed is issued. The tentative issue date for this procurement is 8/16/04; the project cost is estimated between $2,000,000 - $5,000,000.
