Rehabilitation of Pardoes Point and Southshore Campgrounds/Picnic Grounds. The work includes clearing, demolition/removal of existing toilets and campsite furnishings, road rehab including placement of aggregate base and asphalt concrete, installation of barrier rocks, leveling and improvements to campsites and spurs including placement of Class IV riprap on fill slopes, installation of pre-fab toilets, placement of culvert and other minor drainage work, installation of signage, rehab of existing water source (spring) installation of water tank, waterline, and faucet units. Estimated start work date is June 15, 2006. Government estimate $500,000 to $1,000,000. NOTE: There will be a prebid meeting OCTOBER 27, 2005, 10:00 AM at the Pardoes Point Campground.
