Project involves prepping and painting three buildings on the Shasta-Trinity National Forest, Shasta, Siskiyou and Trinity Counties, California. The buildings are the Main office of the Shasta McCloud Mgmt Unit located in Mt. Shasta, CA, the Timber Department office of the Trinity River Mgmt Unit located in Weaverville, CA and a barracks building at the No. California Service Center, 6101 Airport Road, Redding, CA. Price range is $25,000 to $100,000. Contract time is 120 calendar days with an estimated start date of June 4, 2007. Bid bond will not be required, however, the successful contractor will be required to submit payment protection equal in value to the awarded price of the contract.
