Notice of Intent:

The 411th Contracting Support Bridage, (Kunsan Airbase, Korea) intends to award to Hanmi Enterprise a firm fixed priced type contract for operation and maintenance facility services on Kunsan Airbase, Korea. The proposed action will be for a period of ninety (90) days. The Government believes that there is only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy the agency's requirement. A Justification for Other than Full and Open competition is being prepared in support of this acquisition. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. However if a company believes that they can start performance by 1 May 2011. Please immediately contact the below POC with your expressed interest. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action is solely within the discretion of the Government. The anticipated award date is 27 May, 2011.
