Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the Rehabilitation work on the Visitor Center/Office building at the J. Clark Salyer National Wildlife Refuge is required. Project includes: demolition of existing roofing, siding, attic insulation, gutters, downspouts, solar panels, and ductwork related to solar panel system. Repair damaged interior gypsum board. Installation of new underlayment, metal roofing, steel siding, ridge vents, seamless metal gutters, pipe boots, and insulation, in accordance with drawing and specs. Offerors shall submit proposals as per instructions in Section L & M of soliciatation
