The Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue an Invitation for Bids for a firm fixed-price construction contract for the New Melones Lake Glory Hole Upgrade. The work is located at the Glory Hole Recreation Area, New Melones Lake, approximately 55 miles east of Stockton and 15 miles northwest of Sonora on State Highway 49 in Calaveras County, California. The NAICS Code is: 234990. Award of a contract will be made in accordance with HUBZone Price Evaluation Preference procedures as described in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 19.1307. FAR Clause 52.219-4, Notice of Price Evaluation Preference for HUBZone contractors are listed on the Small Business Administration's List of Qualified Small Business Concerns at website http://www.sba.gov/hubzone. This magnitude of this construction project is estimated between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. The principal components of the work to be performed include the following: 1) Site Construction, 2) Concrete, 3) Metals, 4) Equipment, 5) Special Construction, 6) Mechanical and 7) Electrical.
