The Bureau of Land Management, Colorado State Office is soliciting for offers for the NCA River Access project in Delta County, Colorado. The project consists of furnishing labor, equipment, supplies and materials to construct a new road, parking area, and boat ramp. Work includes installing an arch culvert with structural concrete end walls. The culvert will be installed into an irrigation canal. Work on the culvert shall be accomplished between December 1, 2006 and March 1, 2007 while the water is turned out of the canal. The project is scheduled to be advertised on fedbizopps approximately September 14, 2006 and offers are due at BLM,EFO,2815 H Rd, Grand Junction, CO 81506 no later than October 16, 2006 close of business.
