This work is located at Arnold Military Family Housing at Arnold Village. The work involves mold remediation efforts of 40 MFH equipment rooms, as described and specified in this contract. The work involves removing all sheet rock from mechanical rooms in the housing area, and replacing it with MR green board and fungicidal paint to inhibit mold growth. To accomplish this task, mechanical equipment to include HVAC unit and a hot water heater in most units, must be removed to gain access to sheetrock in small, exterior mechanical rooms.
