For Bldg 1231: Replace entire HVAC systems to include compressors, control circuits/wiring, upgrade breaker panel, chilled water coils, pumps, expansion tanks, condenser coils, condenser fan assembly and evaporator coil. Replace all chilled water piping, valves, regulators, temperature and pressure gauges. HVAC system must have primary and backup system. Chilled water lines must be filled with glycol and refrigerant must meet 2010 Italian/USAFE EPA standards. For Bldg. 1360: Remove and dispose of chillers on the roof and replace with new. SCOPO DEL PROGETTO E CONDIZIONI DEL LAVORO: Lo scopo del progetto ASHE 06-1052, rifare l’impianto di condizionamento degli edifici 1231 e 1360 della Base di Aviano. Edificio 1231: Sostituire l’intero impianto di condizionamento che consiste di: compressori, circuiti oppure impianto di controllo, potenziare quadro interruttori, installare serpentina per acqua fredda, pompe, serbatoio di espansione, bobina di condensa, assemblaggio ventola di condensa e bobina evaporatore. Sostituire tutte le valvole delle tubazioni dell’acqua fredda, regolatori, manometri della temperatura e pressione. Gli impianto dovra’ avere controllo primario e del back-up. Nelle tubazioni dell’acqua fredda dovra’ essere con glycol e refrigerante 2010. Edificio 1360: Demolire e smaltire dei refrigeranti dal tetto e sostituire con uno nuovo. Sostiture l’intero impianto condizionamento che consiste di: (come per l’edificio 1231).
