MACKAY RESERVOIR RECREATION SITE. Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials and supplies to construct the facilities including continuation of access road, parking areas, utilities, signs fences, campground areas, picnic shelters, vault toilet buildings, installation of Government-furnished site furnishings, and other related site improvements. Work is located in Custer County, Idaho. The project is being advertised as 100% HUBZone set-aside. Price range is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. Period of performance is 330 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bonds will be required as follows: Bid Guarantee - 20% of the offered price, Payment and Performance Bonds - 100% of the contract price. The solicitation package will be available by electronic posting only and may be found at www.fedbizopps.gov. Contractors will be required to print the documents for submiission of their offer at the place designated for receipt of offers. The solicitation documents will be posted on or about June 2, 2004. Effective October 1, 2003, contractors must be registered or have updated their registration at the Central Contractor Registration website at www.ccr.gov. This registration is necessary to receive notification of amendmnets, contract award, and will facilitate payments.
