Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment and supplies necessary to construct the facilities for the Mackay Reservoir Recreation Site Renovation Phase I, including but not limited to highway intersection improvements, access road, parking areas, utilities, signs, fences, campground, picnic shelters, vault toilet buildings, and installation of Government-furnished site furnishings. Work under this contract is located in Custer County, Idaho, approximately 6 miles northwest of the town of Mackay, Idaho. This project is a 100% Hub zone set-aside. The Government Estimate is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. The period of performance is 270 calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed (including 150 calendar days for seasonal climatic conditions that may occur and restrict or prohibit normal construction activities). Bonds are required as follows: 20% of the bid price for the bid guarantee, 100% of the contract amount for the both the payment and performance bonds. The solicitation documents will be posted at http://www.fedbizopps.gov Contractors will be required to print the bidding documents for submission of their offer at the place designated for receipt of offers for a public bid opening. Contractors are strongly encouraged to register or update their registration at the Central Contractor Registration website at www.ccr.gov. This registration is necessary to receive notification of amendments, contract award, and will facilitate payment.
