The services include, but are not limited to: servicing, changing combination, manipulation, and penetration on all classes of GSA containers (safes), maintaining and operating established locking systems, combinating I/C cores, keying doors and repairing all manner of hardware and lock sets for all facilities and ships on ISC Kodiak. Contractor will be required to work Government established hours and respond to emergency jobs 24 hours a day with two (2) hours of call. Contractor must be able to obtain a SECRET clearance through a National Security Agency background check. Contract dollar amount is estimated to be under $50,000. Contractor will be selected based on the lowest hourly rate and documented experience and qualifications. The proposed contract is a small business set aside. All responsible sources that submit a written quotation will be considered. Materials, workmanship, and installation shall comply with the latest edition of all applicable codes and industry standards and these specifications. Contractor is responsible for field verification of all material sizes and quantities necessary for the complete installation of this project before quoting. GOVERNMENT FURNISHED MATERIALS: None Performance Period is: 1 year. SUBMITTALS DUE UPON AWARD may include but are not limited to: manufacturer’s catalogs, standard schedules, performance charts, instructions, brochures, diagrams, etc., in addition references / qualifications. Lack of adequacy of references shall be at the sole discretion of the government and may constitute grounds for disqualification. CONTRACTOR SHALL COMPLY WITH requirements of: Underwriter’s Laboratories (UL), State of Alaska Administrative Codes, National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards; Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA), ANSI Standards, Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), MIL SPEC, FED STD, and applicable Coast Guard Safety Regulations.
