The purpose of this contract is to replace an asphalt shingle over cedar shingle roof on a warehouse and garage structures and a cedar shingle roof on a residence with an asphalt shingle roof in Kamas, Utah. The buildings are owned by the Forest Service. The contractor is responsible for measuring the structures to determine prices and quantities for bid. The bid shall include all work necessary to have a complete new asphalt shingle roof. The work will include the tear off and disposal of the existing asphalt and cedar shingle, installation of new sheathing, installation of new weather proofing felt and ice shield, installation of new asphalt shingle roofing and installation of a new ridge vent.
