JANITORIAL, BUILDING AND GROUNDS MAINTENANCE including non-certified water and waste water systems of Forest Service owned facilities within the Gifford Pinchot National Forest. The Gifford Pinchot NF is located in southwestern Washington State. Work includes but is not limited to providing janitorial services, grounds maintenance, and building maintenance on a routine, occasional or as needed basis. Facility locations are scattered around the forest including remote areas. A Base Year with 2 option years Firm Fixed Priced contract is anticipated. Estimated value is $400,000 to $500,000 annually. Posting of solicitation package is anticipated on October 30, 2003.
