Work includes removal and disposal of existing dry scrubber unit, bag-house assembly and supports, which includes but not limited to associated equipment, supports, and piping, and installation of VA furnished wet scrubber system. Includes removal and disposal of estimated 4000 lbs., of Biological waste per day while incinerator is not in use during construction. Includes general construction, alterations, utility systems, mechanical and electrical work, necessary removal of existing construction, and certain other items in according to plans and specifications. Estimated cost range of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Solicitation issue date will be O/A 2/21/02.
